Bonnie Mullinax Owner and Listing Specialist
Bonnie started out in 1998 as a stand-alone Real Estate Agent. She observed trends, needs and combined empathy for her clients needs with her tough negotiating skills. Because she understood and still understands the emotional rollercoaster ride home selling and purchasing can be, she fought for the best deal possible for her buyers and sellers. Bonnie quickly gained a reputation for being honest, hardworking and successful with her clients, and her business grew.
In 1998, she added a Client Care Coordinator, and soon after buyer agents and other people in administrative roles around her, and thus The Mullinax Team was born!
Today, Bonnie and her husband, Wes, run the Mullinax Team. She lists homes and negotiates sales, mentors team members, provides training opportunities, oversees the marketing, speaks nationally at various Real Estate events and coaches Real Estate agents. She has brought her team to the top, producing volume and sales consistently since 2001.
She rounds out her life through involvement with her two teenage children, playing golf and staying involved in community events.

Wes is responsible for developing and refining the Bonnie Mullinax and The Mullinax Teams system and infrastructure. His main job is to help Bonnie Mullinax and The Mullinax Team remain on the cutting edge of real estate by being innovative, while still maintaining efficiency and top-shelf customer service. He helps the group by providing vital daily assistance and is the technical manager for the team. Wes is a Chemical Engineering major from Georgia Tech and has worked for 14 years as a division manager for a local Fortune 500 Company.

You cannot expect a bonus to sell an overpriced house or overcome housekeeping shortcomings that detract from your home's overall appeal. If your house looks great and is priced right, offering a bonus to the real estate agent could help it sell more quickly. Agents earn their reputations by helping people find homes that they love. When deciding which homes to show prospective buyers, their decision will be based on whether the home will meet their needs. If the Multiple Listing Service indicates that a bonus is being offered, it could encourage more agents to preview the house and result in more showings.
